Privacy policy.
Waitlist requests require a Google sign-in. When you submit an invite request, we collect:
- Your name, as provided by Google
- Your email address, as verified by Google
- Your organization (optional: only if you provide it)
- Your use case description
That is the full list. We do not collect payment information, device fingerprints, or behavioral tracking data at this stage.
We use your information for two things and two things only:
- Reviewing your access request and deciding whether to grant an invite
- Contacting you about the outcome of that review
If you are approved, we may follow up to coordinate onboarding. If you are not approved, we will let you know and that is the end of the conversation unless you reach out.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties. Ever.
We do not run advertising. There are no ad networks, no tracking pixels, no retargeting scripts on this site.
We do not share your information with partners, affiliates, or anyone outside of the core clusterof.us team reviewing requests.
We do not set any cookies. The particle animation and status bar are powered entirely by client-side JavaScript with no persistent storage.
Your browser may store cached assets (fonts, scripts) as part of normal browser behavior. We have no control over that and it does not identify you to us.
We keep your invite request data until one of the following happens:
- A decision is made on your access request (approved or declined)
- You ask us to delete it
- We determine it is no longer needed
We do not hold onto declined requests indefinitely. Once a decision is logged, we purge the associated personal data within 90 days.
You can ask us to do any of the following at any time:
- Tell you what data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data entirely
- Withdraw your invite request
We will respond within 7 days. No forms, no runaround: just email us directly.
This page loads fonts from Google Fonts. That request goes from your browser to Google's servers and is subject to Google's privacy policy. We do not have access to any data Google may collect from that request.
Waitlist sign-in uses Google Identity Services. Google authenticates you and sends us a signed token with your name and email. We verify that token on our servers and keep the request in our server logs so we can review it. We do not write waitlist submissions to a database. Google's handling of that sign-in is subject to Google's privacy policy.
If we materially change how we handle your data, we will update the date at the top of this page. We will not retroactively apply new practices to data collected under an older policy without your consent.
For significant changes, we will contact applicants directly via the email address provided.
Privacy questions, deletion requests, or anything else: contact us here.
We are a small team. You will get a real response from a real person.
